How delivery works
HighStreetly is a marketplace: every item is picked, packed and dispatched directly by the trusted partner brand that makes or stocks it. That means you get products straight from the source, and it also means delivery estimates can vary by item. You'll always see the expected timescale on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
If your basket contains items from more than one brand, your order will arrive as separate parcels, each with its own tracking link. You'll receive a dispatch email for every parcel.
What to expect

You'll get an email with your order number the moment you check out.
Dispatched in 1–3 working days
Most items leave the supplier within 1–3 working days. Made-to-order pieces can take longer, the estimate is always shown before you buy.
Tracked to your door
Every parcel ships with tracking. Follow the link in your dispatch email or sign in to your account to see live status.
Delivery costs
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the items in your basket and where they're heading. Because parcels can ship from different suppliers, you may occasionally see a combined rate covering more than one shipment, you'll always see the total before you pay.
